220 gr Maxi Hamburger Black Angus
1 crispy bun
1 lettuce leaf
1 large tomato wedge
Pickled cucumbers
Tropea red onion to taste
Gorgonzola cheese to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the grill to the highest temperature for a few minutes. Season the burger with salt and pepper and cook it on both sides. Thinly slice the tomato and onion. Place the onion slices on the grill and cook them for a few minutes. Assemble your ingredients in the bun in the following order: a salad leaf, a tomato slice, the pickled cucumbers, the Black Angus burger, an onion slice, and gorgonzola cheese.
Serve with crispy potatoes!
