THE MARINATES - Pork arrosticini in gyros sauce
INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE:
1 package of pork arrosticini
4 boiled potatoes
Mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper
EVO oil
PROCEDURE:
Cut the boiled potatoes in half by hollowing them out with a spoon, preserving the flesh and placing it in a bowl. Create a paste with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and fill the potatoes.
Bake them in the oven, previously heated, in a baking dish with paper oven until the desired gratin pattern is achieved.
In a hot skillet, cook the arrosticini for 2 minutes on each side, when cooked, add pepper and salt Once cooked, plate the
arrosticini and use the potatoes as a side dish.
