THE MARINATES - BBQ pork ribs with purple mashed potatoes
INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE:
1 package of ribs
500 g boiled purple potatoes
100 g Parmesan cheese
1 knob of butter
PROCEDURE: Place the ribs on a sheet of baking paper and cover them, creating a pouch. Place them in a preheated oven at 150° and bake for one hour.
Once cooked, open the bag of ribs and let them caramelize in the oven at a temperature of 170°, turning them often.
Prepare cold mashed potatoes with the. Clean the potatoes and mash them with a fork until smooth. Add the Parmesan cheese and slightly melted knob of butter, season with salt and pepper. Plate the cut ribs and place the purple mashed potatoes on the side.
