FLAVORS FROM THE WORLD - Hamburger Ireland

1 Ireland hamburger
1 seeded hamburger bun
1 Guinness 33 beer
4 slices of smoked bacon
2 tablespoons mustard
3 pickled gherkins
1 white onion
1 egg
Salt and pepper Q.B.

Take the hamburger and place it in a bowl, mix it with three tablespoons of beer, add salt and pepper. In a frying pan toast the slices of bacon
smoked, once toasted set them aside.

In the same pan cook the hamburger, giving it back its usual shape and proceed to cook it rare. Once cooked let it rest to prevent liquid from leaking out.

At this point proceed to cook the egg, making a classic fried egg.
Cut the onion and gherkins into thin slices; they will be used to assemble the sandwich.

Lay the bottom of the bun on which you will spread a spoonful of mustard, arrange the hamburger, the slices of smoked bacon, the onions, the gherkins and finally
the egg.

For an even more WOW sandwich: Add on the top of the bun a brush of mustard.
