Black Angus Smash Burger with cheddar, pickles and white onion


Ingredients:
2 Black Angus Smash Burgers
Original burger bun
Cheddar cheese
Cucumber pickles
White onion
Sauces to taste

Method:
Thinly slice the white onion and pickles.
Heat a pan and lightly toast the bun bread, placing it with the inside facing down.
In the same pan, cook the smash burgers: place them and crush them firmly using a smasher or a spatula.
Cook until a crispy crust forms on both sides, then add the cheddar on top of the meat to melt it.
Assemble the sandwich: spread the sauces on the bread, add the two burgers with the melted cheese, then the pickles and onion.
Close the sandwich and... enjoy!
