Our history

In the mid-1940s, Grandma Rosina and Grandpa Pietro opened a small butcher shop in a town on the outskirts of Bergamo, marking the beginning of a family history built on hard work, passion, and dedication.

Their daughter Lucia, together with her husband Carlo, took up the torch and expanded the business, opening new butcher shops that became a staple throughout the Bergamo area.
Today, their children—Diego, Paolo, and Serena—are leading the evolution of the family business, which has transformed into a market-leading industrial enterprise.


The Ambrosini Group, drawing on the values inherited from their grandparents, combines tradition and innovation, industrial expertise and a family spirit, creating a modern, solid, and forward-looking company.
