Piemontese

This is one of the most prized breeds in the world and we buy it directly from certified breeders. Its uniqueness is that it is a very lean meat and, at the same time, it is particularly tender and has a delicate flavor.

American Black Angus

We import from the United States the best cuts of the Black Angus breed, one of the finest in the world. Its meat has a fine and high marbling, characterized by an intense flavor, perfect for the most demanding palates.

Scottona

We personally select the best scottone (cows) from selected farms.
The cuts chosen have a uniform marbling that gives the meat a unique flavor combined with incomparable tenderness.

Razza Chianina

We import from the United States the best cuts of the Black Angus breed, one of the finest in the world. Its meat has a fine and high marbling, characterized by an intense flavor, perfect for the most demanding palates.

Wagyu
