GRAND SELECTION - SASHI - Picanha with potato chips and courgettes

INGREDIENTS:
2 slices of picanha
250g potatoes
250g courgettes
Half a teaspoon of 00 flour
500ml of oil for frying Herbs (sage and rosemary)
Salt and pepper to taste


METHOD:
Start by washing the potatoes and courgettes. Peel the potatoes with a potato peeler.
Cut both the potatoes and courgettes into thin slices, about half a centimetre thick.
Pour the 00 flour into a large dish and bread the potato and courgette slices.
Heat the seed oil in a saucepan and once it is very hot add the vegetables, cooking must be very careful to prevent them from burning.

Once the vegetables are cooked, place them on a plate with absorbent paper and salt to taste.
In a pan add the extra virgin olive oil, salt and flavorings, cook the meat with a quick and rare cooking.
Plate the picanha with the side of vegetables.
