
GRAN SELEZIONE - SASHI - Hamburger with smoked provola cheese, songino salad and tomato
INGREDIENTS:
1 hamburger
1 seed bun
1 coppery tomato
1 bunch of songino salad
4 slices of smoked provola cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
PROCEDURE:
Wash the tomato and cut it into rounds.
In a bowl, dress the songino salad with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil.
Cut the smoked scamorza cheese into slices.
In a frying pan, drain the extra virgin olive oil over a medium-high heat, cook the burgers 4 minutes for side, for medium-rare
(adjust cooking time according to taste), season with salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble the sandwich by placing the burger on the base of the bun, add the scamorza cheese slices, sliced tomato and the salad
songino. Close and serve the bun.
