
Scottona Smash Burger with crispy bacon and cheddar
Ingredients:
2 Scottona Smash Burgers
Original bun style bun for hamburgers
Crispy bacon
Cheddar cheese
Tomatoes
Lettuce leaves
Mayonnaise
Ketchup
Mustard
Method:
Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard in a small bowl.
Heat a pan and toast the bun bread on the inside for a few seconds.
In the same pan, cook the bacon until it is nice and crispy.
Add the two smash burgers and crush them firmly using a smasher or a spatula.
Cook on both sides until golden brown, then place a slice of cheddar on each burger to melt it.
Assemble the sandwich: spread the sauce on the base of the bread, add the two burgers with cheese, the crispy bacon, a few slices of tomato and a lettuce leaf.
Close with the top of the bun and serve hot.
