WHAT IS A SMASH BURGER?
The smash burger is an ancient and fascinating cooking technique that takes us back to the origins of American fast food in the early “900s. The ground meat patty was smashed directly on a hot griddle to achieve a crispy, golden brown crust on the outside while keeping the inside soft and juicy.

HOW TO PREPARE IT?
1. HEAT a griddle or frying pan.
2. OPEN and place the SMASH BURGER on the hot griddle.
3. SCREW vigorously using a smasher or spatula for a few seconds until you get the perfect thickness.
4. COOK for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown edges and a nice crust. Flip the burger and cook another 3/4 minutes.
5. TASTE the smash burger in a bun along with your favorite ingredients. Or try it on its own to enjoy the juiciness and flavor of a fabulous meat!
