THE MARINATES - Pork arrosticini in bbq sauce


INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE:
1 package of pork roasts
4 tablespoons of barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 rectangular puff pastry roll
EVO oil


PROCEDURE:
Take the arrosticini and cook them in a nonstick pan, turning them on all 4 sides for 2 minutes each. Once cooked remove them and let them cool. Meanwhile, cut the puff pastry into strips (you will need as many as the roasts will be). Pour the barbecue sauce over the skewers. With the help of a small brush, spread the sauce evenly over the entire surface.

Wrap the now-cold skewers with the strips of puff pastry and place them in an oven preheated to 200°.Bake them for 15 minutes in a ventilated oven.
