THE MARINATED - Pork ribs with herbs with taragna polenta


INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE:
1 package of ribs
1 carrot
1 white onion
Sage
Rosemary
1 clove of garlic
1 glass of wine
1 celery stalk


PROCEDURE:
Clean and dice all the vegetables into small cubes. Brown them in a pan and add the ribs. Let them brown 10 minutes per side. Once browned, accompany white wine until evaporated. Once evaporated add water from time to time, at least for an hour.

When cooked, adjust salt and pepper. At this point cook the polenta.
Once cooked, serve the polenta and ribs with the sauce from the cooked vegetables.
